Will I receive a quality product from Lilac Thread?

As an international brand, we adhere to strict quality and design benchmarks. We use pure fabrics of the finest quality and all embroidery is done securely. Every Lilac Thread product goes through quality control processes to ensure that you receive the best outfit.

Can I place an order for a sold out style?

Contact our Customer Support Team with the product SKU code via Email, Phone Call, Chat or Whatsapp. We will check and let you know, if and when we should receive these styles again. Or, if these can be tailored for you.

How can I change the delivery address for my order?

We prefer that you double check your delivery information, as alterations in the same are not considered post 24 hours of order placement. However, address change requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. Customers may email us or communicate directly with the designer to submit their requests.

How can I return a product?

If a customer wishes to initiate a product return, except for products made to order, they are required to communicate with us through email at hello@lilacthread.com or contact our customer service number +1 9052327890, available from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM (PST).

How can I design my own outfit with you?

The “Style Your Outfit” tab on our website lets you have the freedom to design an outfit of your own choice with us. In this process, you can get in touch with one of our designers by booking an appointment with them.
All you need to do is:

  1. Click on ‘Style Your Outfit’
  2. Select the occasion for which you want the outfit
  3. Select the type of outfit you want to design with us
  4. Select your budget
  5. Enter your contact information and choose a time slot for your appointment

To shop via video call, follow these steps

  2. Book your appointment
  3. Select your outfit and place an order with us
